Diet Pepsi/NFL Rookie Challenge provides another exciting fantasy game for football lovers! Each week you will select four NFL players: one Quarterback, one Running Back one Wide Receiver and one Rookie (From a compiled list of Rookie Quarterbacks, Running Backs and Wide Receivers). Your competitiveness and your chance to win prizes depends on the real-world statistics of the players you select. The Diet Pepsi/NFL Rookie Challenge is a weekly promotion, and runs from August 22, 2005 through January 2, 2006. Deadline for weekly submission is 11:59:59 PM on December 30, 2005. Entry for the Grand Prize will be available from August 22, 2005 until 11:59:59 AM ET on January 13, 2006. See Grand Prize Entry section below.

The Administrator
SportsLine.com, Inc. ("SportsLine.com") will serve as the administrator of Diet Pepsi/NFL Rookie Challenge and will be responsible for resolving any disputes that arise regarding violations of the rules or anything else that may come up.
Weekly Lineup
Weekly Selections
During each week of the contest you will be able to select four (4) players from eighty (80) of the top players in football (selected by Administrator) that are participating in NFL games that week. The players will be grouped into four (4) sets of twenty (20) players. One list will contain Quarterbacks. One list will contain Running Backs. One list will contain Wide Receivers. The last list will contain Rookies (From a compiled list of Rookie Quarterbacks, Running Backs and Wide Receivers). You must choose one (1) player from each list. Selections from one week will not carry over to the next. Limit one entry per person per week.
Selection Deadline
Each week runs Tuesday through Monday. The deadline for making your selections each week is one hour before the start of the first NFL game of the week. If you fail to make selections for a certain week, you will be awarded zero points toward your overall total and be ineligible for the weekly prize that week.
Scoring
Point Values
The players you select will earn you contest points for every passing, receiving, or rushing touchdown they score in their NFL game. The exact number of points will depend on the yardage length of the touchdown play. Seven points will be awarded for each touchdown of 0-10 yards; eight (8) points for each touchdown of 11-20 yards; nine (9)points for each touchdown of 21-30 yards; and so on, adding one (1) point for each successive block of 10 yards. If a quarterback you have selected throws a touchdown pass to a wide receiver you have selected, you will earn the combined total of points for both players.
Grand Prize Entry

Grand Prize
One (1) "PAIR OF SUPER BOWL TICKETS FOR LIFE" will be awarded, consisting of "Super Bowl Tickets For Life" prize package that includes one (1) pair of tickets to Super Bowl per each annual NFL Football season for the remainder of winner.s lifetime (commencing in 2007 with Super Bowl XLI and not to exceed sixty (60) consecutive years). Estimated retail value of prize package is up to One Thousand One Hundred Dollars ($1100) per each year, for a total of up to Sixty-Six Thousand Dollars $66,000 (up to the maximum of sixty years). SportsLine.com and NFL Entities (as defined herein) reserve the right to award the Grand Prize in the form of an assignment of Entities (as defined below) rights to a third party disbursement agent who may assume all responsibilities for the delivery of the prize tickets for all subsequent years to the winner. Grand Prize is not transferable to a third party and expires upon death of Grand Prize winner (and is not transferable or assignable upon winner's death). Any difference in actual value of Grand Prize package (due to death of winner or otherwise) versus the total potential value as stated in these rules will not be awarded. It is solely the responsibility of the Grand Winner to notify the NFL Entities (or its agent) in writing of any change of address to facilitate the award of the ticket prizes. If NFL Entities is unable to contact Grand Prize winner for any reason, or if any mail (postal or email) is returned as undeliverable without a forwarding address, prize award for that year and subsequent years will be forfeited. Or, Grand Prize Winner may elect to receive one of the following prize package options in lieu of the .Tickets For Life. prize described above: (a) trip for two (2) to the Super Bowl for the next ten (10) consecutive NFL Football seasons beginning with Super Bowl XLI to include airfare and hotel accommodations (i.e., 2007-2017 NFL Football seasons . Total ARV of each package Five Thousand Dollars $5000. (For a total of Fifty Thousand Dollars $50,000) plus a one time $16,000 lump sum cash prize award (est. retail value Sixty- Six Thousand Dollars $66,000), or (b) a one time Sixty- Six Thousand Dollars $66,000 lump sum cash payment (with no game tickets, travel or accommodations included in prize option). Grand Prize winner will be required to confirm their choice of prize package option in writing within Fifteen (15) days of Acceptance of Grand Prize; once confirmed in writing, choice of prize package is final and cannot be changed.

Grand Prize Drawing
On or about January 14, 2006, one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Administrator whose decisions shall be final. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
Prize Restrictions
Actual value of trip(s) may vary based on point of departure and dates of travel. Certain travel restrictions may apply. If a winner resides within a 100 mile radius of host city, ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. Each winner and guest will be required to travel together on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. Each winner must be available to travel on dates specified by the relevant NFL Entity. Travel arrangements must be made through the relevant NFL Entity. Guest will be required to execute and return a liability/publicity (unless prohibited by law) release prior to ticketing. If guest of any winner is a minor, and/or under the age of 18, guest must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (who must be the winner and such parent or legal guardian will be required to execute and return such release prior to ticketing. Should the game portion or experience portion of any prize be canceled, postponed or in any way abbreviated, the NFL Entities shall have no liability or further obligation to the winner other than to supply the trip as described, minus the game tickets or experience tickets. Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer. Seat locations will be determined by the NFL Entities. The NFL Entities, and/or any other relevant party, reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to any winner and/or guest who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game or at the experience. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as prizes will govern in the event a legal game, as defined by the NFL Entities, is not played due to weather, an act of God, threat or act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason. Cash cannot be substituted for any ticket prize unless otherwise agreed by the NFL Entities. Unused tickets for any year cannot be refunded, exchanged or applied towards tickets for any subsequent years. No responsibility is assumed by SportsLine.com or the NFL Entities for any cancelled, rescheduled, delayed or postponed game in whole or in part. All minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (who must be the winner). If unused, game tickets cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for cash value or substitute tickets. Meals, ground transportation, gratuities and all other costs and expenses not specified herein, if any, are the responsibility of each winner. All prize details are at the sole discretion of the NFL Entities.
Prize Noticiation
All Potential winners will be notified by email and/or by phone and will be required to sign and return, within thirty (30) days of issuance, an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity (unless prohibited by law)/Liability Release. Cumulative Season Long Prize Winner and Grand Prize Winner's travel companion (if applicable) must complete, execute and return a Travel Companion Liability Release, and where lawful, a Travel Companion Publicity Release (collectively, the "Travel Companion Release Forms") prior to issuance of travel documents. Failure to return Travel Companion Release Forms timely may prevent your travel companion from participating in the awarded prize. Any of the following may result in disqualification and, at NFL Entities discretion, prize may be awarded to the entrant with the next highest score (as applicable): failure to return such documents within the specified time period, noncompliance with these Official Rules, the return of any prize or prize notification or if any potential winner declines a prize for any reason.
Ties
If there is a tie for first place in any given week or a tie in the cumulative season long score, Prize winner will be determined by a random drawing from all tied contestants, as applicable.

Diet Pepsi/NFL Rookie Challenge is open to (a) SportsLine Registered Users and/or NFL Registered Users; (b) legal residents of one (1) of the fifty (50) states of the United States or Washington DC; (for purposes of clarity, Puerto Rico is expressly excluded ) (c) at least eighteen (18) years of age (except in the case of legal residents of certain states or Washington DC where the age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years of age, such age of majority) at the date of entry in this Contest. For purposes of this Official Rules, "SportsLine Registered User" means a person that has successfully completed the registration form on the CBS SportsLine site accessible at the domain .nfl.com" and obtained a CBS SportsLine user identification ("SportsLine ID") and associated password ("SportsLine Password"). For purposes of this Official Rules, "NFL Registered User" means a person that has successfully completed the registration form on the NFL site accessible at the domain "NFL.com" and obtained an NFL.com user identification ("NFL ID") and associated password ("NFL Password") Void where prohibited by law. Disputes: Except where prohibited, as a condition of participating in this Contest, entrant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, or the determination of winners shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association, then effective. Arbitration. The parties waive all rights to trial by jury in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules and/or this Contest. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules and/or this Contest shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. General Conditions
By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules and by the decision of the judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted except by SportsLine.com and the NFL Entities. SportsLine.com and the NFL Entities reserve the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value in the event that an advertised prize is unavailable.
Contestants agree to SportsLine.com and the NFL Entities use of their name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, and address (city and state) worldwide and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of SportsLine.com and the NFL Entities which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this contest, SportsLine.com and the NFL Entities reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. In such event, SportsLine.com and the NFL Entities further reserve the right to award the Weekly Prizes and the Cumulative Season Long Prize to the players with the most points as of the termination date. Grand Prize Winner will be selected at random from all eligible sign-ups as of the termination date.
